英语 presentation 最难的往往不是 PPT 上的英文,而是你离开文字以后怎样带着听众走:今天讲什么、为什么重要、现在讲到哪、接下来是什么。把这些路标先说顺,再填自己的内容,比从第一页开始逐字背稿可靠。
下面用「让客服工单更快得到回复」作示例,你可以把主题替换成自己的项目。
开场:主题、价值、路线各一句
Good morning, everyone. Today I'll talk about how we can reduce our support response time.
By the end, you'll have three changes we can test next week.
I'll start with the current problem, then look at two examples, and finish with a proposal.
第一句交代主题,第二句告诉听众能得到什么,第三句给路线。不要一开始就用五句自我介绍和道歉消耗注意力。时间有限时可以加 I'll keep this to ten minutes, and we can take questions at the end.
过渡:让听众知道你现在在哪
- Let's start with the current situation. —— 进入第一部分。
- This brings us to the next question: why are replies delayed? —— 从现象过渡到原因。
- Let's look at an example. —— 讲抽象观点后接实例。
- The key point here is that most delays happen before assignment. —— 强调这一页真正想让人带走的信息。
Move on 可以用来换话题,但直接说 Now I move on to... 很生硬,说 Let's move on to... 更自然。图表不是读数字比赛,先说 What I'd like you to notice is...,再只解释一个关键变化。
被打断或需要想一想时
- Could I come back to that at the end? I want to finish this point first. —— 如果问题会打断主线,礼貌地放到答疑环节。
- That's a good question. Let me check the exact figure. —— 数字没把握就核对,不要现场编一个。
- Let me put that another way. —— 发现自己刚才没说清时,主动换一种说法。
没有听懂提问时先确认:Are you asking whether this applies to existing customers too? 把问题复述成你的理解,比直接答错方向更省时间。
收尾与答疑:不要突然说 That's all
To sum up, we can test two changes next week: clearer categories and automatic assignment.
If we try these for two weeks, we'll be able to compare the results.

To sum up 后只回顾行动和重点,不把整场再讲一遍。答疑没听清时用上面的确认句;需要会后回答就说 I don't have that number with me, but I'll follow up after the meeting. 这是明确承诺,不是逃避问题。
一分钟开口练
- 用你今天真实的主题替换 Today I'll talk about...,再补一句听众能得到的具体结果。
- 不看稿说三段路线:First, I'll... Then, I'll... Finally, I'll... 每段只说关键词。
- 用 The key point here is... 强调一次重点,再用 To sum up... 收尾。录音只听路标是否清楚,不急着评价口音。
像话 的练法是先按你的项目说一句,再听更自然的版本并跟读比较。演示句更长时,先按意群与重音切出停顿;遇到反对意见,接着用礼貌插话与表达不同意见里的句式。
